SH Summer Retreat Rehab

This 1913 Southampton home was completely gutted in 2001, and subsequently untouched for 20 years. The home needed a major facelift in kitchen and all 3.5 bathrooms as well as fresh paint, updated flooring and many unseen upgrades in mechanicals, plumbing, etc. Interior design involved blending antiques with new purchases to yield a cohesive coastal look focusing on beach style with West Coast and New England influences. Now it’s ready for endless family gatherings and perhaps a rental or two in between!
