Hamptons Style in Sag Harbor

These lovely new homeowners purchased this 4 bedroom shingle-style beach house in 2019. With the necessary light and airy structural components in place (whitewash floors, white kitchen, simple white bathrooms,) we set to work choosing fun and contemporary coastal colors and patterns to furnish the home with function + style. In addition, some dead space in the back of the dining room was the perfect spot to build a dream bar with wine and beverage fridges, an ice maker and tons of storage. As we neared the finish of the decorating, the homeowners chose to tackle a few more construction projects including restructuring a porch into an all seasons sunroom, renovating the ensuite and pool bathrooms, and building an addition with a new mudroom, pantry closet and powder room. The resulting home has a cohesive design that's highly comfortable, stylish and feels like a family home and a relaxing getaway all-in-one.
