Hamptons Income Property

These homeowners purchased their first second-home as an income property in Hampton Bays, NY. Nestled in a quiet property near Peconic Bay, this charming house needed furnishings and decor, and FAST!.... My clients closed in April and needed the property ready to start rentals on July 1st. We were able to source from in stock inventory and pull from some of the client's existing furniture in order to transform this house into a home on time and on budget! A project of this size and timeline would not have ended so successfully had it not been for the open minded and trusting personalities of these lovely clients! It was a fun partnership and truly a memorable project. :)
